Leakage between the ignition coil and the casing will cause the engine to work poorly or not work. In this case, the ignition coil can be suspended with insulating ropes such as hemp rope, or an insulating pad can be added between the fixing frame and the shell as an emergency measure.
For the ignition coil with slight leakage, it can be solved by adding a rubber pad:
①Remove the stud bolts for cleaning.
②Use three rubbers as an anti-leakage pedestal.
③ Put the rubber pad on the bolt, then install the wire, and finally add the washer to tighten the nut.
When the leakage of the ignition coil is serious, and the installation of rubber pads cannot be eliminated, the method of pouring asphalt can be used for insulation. The specific steps are: ① Use a thin iron sheet to make a circle that is similar in shape to the ignition coil and slightly larger. ② Put the snare on the upper part of the coil, and lead the three wire connectors out of the coil. ③Pour the melted asphalt into it, and after the asphalt solidifies, reassemble the line.
